Brendan Gallagher is the front man of Karma County; casting a long shadow in Australian music – over forty records in as many years, more than half as an artist.
Producer of First Nations luminaries like Jimmy Little, LJ Hill, Emma Donovan, Kutcha Edwards and Oz music icons Doc Neeson, Jeremy Oxley, Jesse Younan, Dave Mason & more, prolific songwriter, author of The Open Tuning Chord Book For Guitar, one off session guitarist for David Bowie.
Gallagher will be celebrating his eighth solo release Via del Fortino; an EP recorded in Italy in 2022. Brendo plays songs from the many albums he’s made over the years, and other artist’s songbooks – Scott Walker, Charlie Rich, Blur – good songs come from anywhere.
Gallagher will be performing at the Republic Bar & Cafe.
