Excited to be returning to Newkind Festival in 2018.
Newkind is run as a vegan, solar-powered, zero-packaging event with a straightedge policy on a secret location on the Tasmanian east coast. Over 5 days participants will attend everything from meditation and physical training sessions to lectures on alternate economies, gender equality and mental health, as well as workshops on permaculture, bushcraft and Earthship building.
There is play, and there is nature, and there is whimsy and art woven into the fabric of the event, but at the core, Newkind Festival is here to facilitate the empowerment and inspiration of its participants.
